REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
SABYAVI.COM retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to SABYAVI.COM, if payment is refunded to you. Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
Your use of this Website and any purchase by you of any Product from SABYAVI.COM shall be governed by U.A.E law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.A.E. courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website and any purchase by you of any products from SABYAVI.COM shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dubai, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate SABYAVI.COM's intellectual property rights, SABYAVI.COM may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the U.A.E. Courts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in Dubai, and all applicable provisions of this section shall apply.

DELIVERY/SHIPMENT POLICY
SABYAVI.COM offers free shipping in UAE. Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE Public Holidays. We take 3-5 working days as shipping time.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will call you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.
As soon as the order is processed you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider, who will confirm the best delivery time in advance.
You can track your order with the courier by simply logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.

THE Details of the courier will be provided to you in the order confirmation email from Sabyavi.
For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount available for the courier. It will save you time.

Return Policy / Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you may obtain a full refund or exchange within 3 calendar days of receipt of the goods subject to the following conditions.
The products delivered are damaged.
The product(s) delivered are not as displayed on WWW.SABYAVI.COM
The product(s) delivered are not as per specifications mentioned on WWW.SABYAVI.COM
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that do not qualify for returns and refunds
Gift cards are not eligible for returns and refunds.
Products offered on Sale or promotions.
Free pick-up for return of product(s) will be arranged in such cases. Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy given below.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.(days to be mentioned)
SABYAVI.COM will not be responsible for any delay caused by the originating bank in processing refund / credit

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sabyavi.com
