PRICING POLICY

The preferred currency for SABYAVI.COM is UAE Dhirhams. All products listed on the website are priced in UAE Dirhams. All priced items will be honoured as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.

Please note that depending on your country, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. All these potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. The rates are subject to variation and may go up or down; therefore prices are subject to change

Prices may change at any time due to any reason whether in our control or outside our control. These price changes can reflect at any time throughout the day and may result in the price of a Product increasing or decreasing. Govering LAW & DISPUTES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website and any purchase by you of any products from SABYAVI.COM shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dubai, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate SABYAVI.COM’s intellectual property rights, SABYAVI.COM may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the U.A.E. Courts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in Dubai, and all applicable provisions of this section shall apply.

Delivery/Shipment Policy

SABYAVI.COM offers free shipping in UAE. Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE Public Holidays. We take 3-5 working days as shipping time.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will call you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.

As soon as the order is processed you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider, who will confirm the best delivery time in advance.

You can track your order with the courier by simply logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.

For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount available for the courier. It will save you time.
