Why should I create a SABYAVI account?

Creating an account on the SABYAVI.COM website allows you to check your order status, view your order history online, update your details, manage your Sabyavi newsletter subscription and take advantage of numerous benefits (invitations to previews of new collections, etc.).

SABYAVI ensures that all your details are kept safe. No personal information will be shared and payment details are not stored.

I’ve lost the password for my SABYAVI account how can I reset it?

If you have forgotten the password you use to log in to your SABYAVI account, please click on the “Forgotten password” link and enter the email address associated with your account.

You will then receive an automatic email to reset your password.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe from the SABYAVI newsletter?

You can subscribe to SABYAVI newsletters by entering your email address in the field “Enter your email address” found at the bottom of the website. You will then receive all the latest news about SABYAVI and its creations.

To unsubscribe, click on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each newsletter or log in to your SABYAVI account to change this setting in your customer profile.

Is the jewellery solid silver/gold and is it hallmarked?

All materials are solid sterling silver (925). They are stamped as 92.5 along with the company initials SYA. Rose gold and gold pieces are 18k gold plated on sterling silver.

How do I keep my jewellery clean?

There are a number of different finishes available so if in doubt please ask for specific advice regarding the piece you have bought.

Generally the following applies:

  • To protect it and contribute to it’s longevity, we suggest that you store your jewellery in a protective box or pouch or plastic zip lock bag as metals and stones can scratch when they come into contact with each other.
  • Do not let your jewellery come into contact with perfume, sprays, salt water, household detergents, chlorine and other cleaning agents. Exposure to harsh chemicals reduces the shine of the pieces.
  • To reduce tarnish, Sabyavi 92.5 sterling silver is finished with micron-plating and e-coating. It helps polish last longer and improves wearability of the pieces. Use a polishing cloth to shine your jewellery. Please note polishing will not remove scratches. It is normal for polish to wear off over time.
  • Neighbouring pieces of jewellery of differing metal, eg. Silver ring next to gold ring, will wear at different rates, so it is advised to keep pieces of the same metal together but all separately packed in zip lock bags to avoid excessive wear on the softer items. Also jewellery with stones should be kept away from metal jewellery again to avoid scratches.

What is the black coloring on a lot of the jewellery?

There are two different types usually seen on silver jewellery: one is deliberately caused and is referred to as oxidation, created using a chemical that is applied to the surface. The resulting black colour is the end of a process called patination. The other is a naturally occurring and the tarnish is likely to occur with time and wearing, this is not a manufacturing defect but a property of silver metal and can be removed using the cleaning methods.

What is the length of guarantee of jewellery?

We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items.

How can I place an order?

Here’s a simple guide to help you place an order on SABYAVI.COM:

  1. Browse through the products. Select the Product(s) you would like to buy and add them to your bag.
  2. After you add everything you need to click ‘View Bag” and then "Proceed to Checkout".
  3. Under New Customer, add your email and click “Proceed”.
  4. Fill your shipping information, then choose payment method.
  5. Click "Place Order Now".

Can I try product(s) before I buy?

After you pay for your order and receive the product, you can try them on in the comfort of your home. If it doesn’t fit, you can return the product as per the returns policy.

Do you have a physical shop?

SABYAVI.COM is a pure online shop. We do not have any physical stores. We will deliver the products directly to your door.

How can I pay for my order?

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible so we offer lots of payment options, including:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send our customer care team an email at contact@sabyavi.com quoting your order number and request a cancellation.

Alternatively, you can also call us on +971 566759672 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00am-05:30pm GMT+4).

Please note that if your order has already been processed and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver to?

You will be glad to know we deliver anywhere in the UAE. Some areas take longer than others and that depends on the courier company.

We can deliver to your home, office or hotel but not to a P.O. Box.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE public holidays.

For deliveries in the UAE, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. Our courier company will confirm the best delivery time in advance.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, please have the exact amount available for the courier.

How can I track my order

When we process the order, you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider.

You can track your order with any of our delivery partners by logging onto their website and quote your tracking number.

The courier can keep your order for a maximum of 7 days, and if after 7 days you cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

How is my gift packaged?

Even the tiniest of presents from Sabyavi.com are beautifully presented in a designer box along with a gift bag, cleaning cloth & care tips. Everything is sealed in a Sabyavi labeled corrugated box.

RETURNING AN ORDERED PRODUCT FOR REFUNDS

How do I return a product?

We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out.

Within 3 days of receiving your order you need to send an email to our Customer Care team at contact@sabyavi.com with your order number, mentioning the Product(s) you wish to return.

After 3 days we will not accept any request for returns.

We will arrange one free-of-charge collection for the Product(s) you want to return and bring it back to our warehouse for inspection.

All Product(s) must be in the original packaging and unused with its SABYAVI.COM return tag.

Can I return a product that I have worn?

For any Product(s) to be eligible for return, it must be received in perfect condition and unworn, including its SABYAVI.COM return tags as well as any dust bags, authenticity cards, or boxes.

As soon as we receive the Product(s), you will receive an email from our Customer Care team to confirm that the Product(s) is received and are eligible for return.

For security and tracking purposes, we recommend using a courier company or registered postal service to send back any Product(s) for return as all responsibility sits with the customer until any Product(s) are received by our Customer Care team.

How much time can I hold a product before returning it?

If you want to return any Product(s), it must come back to us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order to be able to process a return.

If you want to return any Product(s), you must let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to be able to process a return. Then you need to ship it back to us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

How much does it cost to return a product(s)?

For all UAE exchanges or returns, we are happy to arrange one free-of-charge collection for the Product(s) you wish to exchange or return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

If you require any additional collections, please arrange to ship the Product(s) to the following address using a registered postal service or courier company:

Any Product(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until our Customer Care team receives them. We recommend using a reputable courier service and insuring the shipment.

If you are shipping any Product(s) to SABYAVI.COM, please email the tracking number of the shipment to our Customer Care team. As soon as we receive your shipment we will confirm by email.
